TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GARDEN MAKEOVERS

PAYMENT TERMS

One third of total project taken as deposit for work prior to commencement . At this point Evolution will supply a start date for the project based on work load and raw material availability. Interim payments invoiced at third of the remaining balance of the project payable within seven days of invoice date. Final third invoiced on satisfactory completion of the project. Retainers for continued after care of plants are negotiated on a individual project basis.

EXTRAS

Please note that any other works arising from site conditions or customer requirements will be charged as extras . However no extra charges will be made with out prior communication Extras are payable in full on completion and not at the completion of the main project.

QUOTATION

Quotes are fixed for 6 months , after which Evolution reserve the right to re - quote. Specifications of works These are supplied as working drawings or as details within any given quote if required.

MATERIALS

All materials specified will be used when ever possible . Any substitutes will be notified prior to the commencement of a project .

SERVICES

All services and there integrity remain the responsibility of the land owner through out the project . Any damage to services will be made good to by the contactor or approved utility contractors. Failure to provide information on services may result in additional costs during the project .

IRRIGATION

The successful establishment and continued health of plants can only be sustained by watering no liability for plant death can be acknowledged unless mains water is available at time of planting and subsequent irrigation regardless of weather conditions has taken place. Replacement of plants will only be carried out after consultation and a site visit .

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GARDEN DESIGN

1. All designs are to be carried out at rate of £50.00 /hour inclusive of v.a.t based on a fixed quote.

2. Depending on design size the design we will endeavour to turn around designs in a minimum of 14 days.

3. All designs remain the property of Evolution until paid for in full.

4. Designs will show all services where applicable and any construction specifications required to build garden .

5. The full design fee is due on commission .Fee is set for 6 months and would be re-negotiated should that time elapse before customer commissions design .

6. Minor changes to designs will be made free of charge. However a change in design brief or budget leading to a complete re-draw will require a new quote for drawing fee.

7. A refund of the full design fee will be given only if the customer accepts the full makeover /planting service.

8. Plants listed in planting plans may vary from plan to availability. Should this be the case the customer should have this explained to them . Evolution will endeavour to supply all plants listed in this schedule/or plan. However due to seasonality and plant availability we cannot always supply exactly the specified plant, however, replacements which have the same or similar attributes.
